Zack Broslavsky

Co-Founder | Employment, Consumer Class Actions, and Civil Litigation, Broslavsky & Weinman, LLP

Zack Broslavsky

Zack Broslavsky is a co-founder of Broslavsky & Weinman, LLP and a Los Angeles employment and consumer class action attorney. Admitted to the California bar in 2006 (Bar No. 241736), he represents employees in wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour cases, and consumers in class actions.

Before co-founding the firm, he spent eight years in civil litigation, including substantial defense work and class action litigation, as a senior associate at Rutan & Tucker, one of the largest firms in Orange County.

A member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, he has represented clients in various California state and federal courts, mediation, and binding arbitration.

About Zack

Zack Broslavsky co-founded Broslavsky & Weinman, LLP in 2013 to represent employees and consumers. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law.

He is licensed to practice in all California courts and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.

Zack has a deep command of the laws that protect employees and consumers, including the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the California Labor Code, and consumer-protection statutes such as the California Unfair Competition Law, the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, the California Automatic Renewal Law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

From the Defense Side to Representing Employees and Consumers

Zack’s approach has been shaped by two distinct perspectives: his background in corporate defense litigation and his subsequent extensive experience representing plaintiffs. His defense-side experience gives him insight into how companies and their counsel evaluate liability and evidence, identify weaknesses, and develop litigation strategies. He uses that perspective to anticipate the defenses they are likely to raise and prepare stronger, evidence-backed cases from the outset.

What He Does Differently

At Broslavsky & Weinman, the attorney works directly with the client and serves as their main point of contact throughout the matter.  Zack and the firm carefully manage their caseload, allowing them to thoroughly evaluate each claim, identify and obtain critical evidence, and pursue the most favorable outcome for their clients. Zack takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, concerns, and goals, and tailors the litigation approach to the specific facts of the case.
